I bought a car from this company in Dec & Heinz the owner was helpful & HONEST. He explained the car (1owner low mileage) had not been used for 2yrs and if there were any problems he'd put it right without question.
He was true to his word & the few problems I had were put right without any cost or questions. I had the car independently checked & it was confirmed that the problems were solely down to standing unused.

I'm not one for jumping in too early with a review- so it is about the first anniversary of us buying a 10 yr old Skoda Yeti. From our first phone call, through 2 viewings, endless questions & a test drive, we didn't feel pressured at all. Really friendly staff and understood my position said they would hold the car for 2 weeks while I got things sorted. Unfortunately things where not going to sort out quick enough with insurance pay out so I rang this company and they where so friendly and professional gave me my deposit straight back and said don't worry about it come back when you get everything sorted. I dealt with Paul and his team who are honest professional and take pride in your customer experience. The car I bought had new tyres placed on it plus new brake pads on the front after they put it through a new MOT. The car looked and smelt like a new car when we picked it up. My daughter bought a Hyundai i20 a few months ago from Value Cars of Skippers Lane. No hassle to buy from the salesman when we went in to look at it but at the same time was very helpful. She bought it but after a couple of days she noticed that the radio wasn't working correctly. After they checked it out they replaced it with another one. I was even given the use of a courtesy car for a couple of hours whilst it was getting done. They certainly look after their customers and anyone buying a car from them can buy with confidence. No problems at all with the car since. Excellent, friendly service.

Value cars. The company name doesn't do these guys justice. Quality, value and a service that's second to none. I bought a car from here recently, and quality and value is exactly what I got. Unfortunately only four days after buying the car I had a breakdown due to a fault that, although the car had recently been m.o.t.'d, would not ordinarily have been picked up. The recovery people got me home on the night and first thing the next morning I called Value cars. I really cant fault there after care and service. They had a recovery truck to the house within the hour and took the car back to their workshop. While the car was in the shop they provided me with a courtesy car. My car was fixed and back on the road within 4 hours of being in the shop. They're even reimbursing the cost of the previous evenings recovery upon receipt of the bill. The staff are friendly, courteous and in my experience, committed to great customer service. Everything was explained clearly to me throughout.

Troublesome Picasso
I bought a 2005 Citroen Picasso from these guys in december for 1495 and was given a 14 day warranty. It almost immediately developed a leak and had parts replaced by them. This didnt resolve the issue and after going back again it was found that it was a head gasket failure ..... which they honoured and repaired at great cost to themselves, on a car that cost me 1495 and must have wiped any profit off from their end. The guys were nothing but helpful and i received a courtesy car for the weeks i was without. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would definitely recommend value motors .I purchased la Kia Sportage it was really good value for money
Then after a few days the engine light came on I reported it to Mark who was very helpful and told me to take it in. Which I did and they did sort it. It took a few trips and a Kia specialist but it was sorted.
Then a week later the engine sounded as if something was loose and banging about I rang Mark again bring it in. Turns out a fly wheel had gone which meant a new clutch and fly wheel .No problem it was ordered and fitted in a few days.
Now the car runs beautifully and cannot thank them enough for the great service they afforded me
